Yes, we do take walk-ins.

No, you do not need an appointment. However, it is recommended so that we can give you a more accurate turn around window.

No, we can fix just about any device. Just call to ask!

We repair Apple, Samsung, LG, Motorola, Google and most other Android devices.

We are located at 141 Winchester Street, Suite #4, in Keene, New Hampshire. We are right across from the Keene State College campus. We are next to Bulldog Design and The Laughing Gull Restaurant and across from Campus Convenience. We have two parking spots located in front of the store, and an ample amount of extra parking on Ralston Street and behind the building.

We are open Monday—Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. We are also available outside regular business hours on an emergency basis for an additional fee—*pending tech availability*.

Yes, we re-branded in early 2022.

As a good rule of thumb, most repairs are done in about 30-45 minutes. Data transfers tend to take about 90 minutes. You are welcome to wait should you choose to do so. Many customers elect to wait in their vehicles which we are more than happy to facilitate.

We carry a LOT of parts, but in the off chance what is needed is not in our inventory we have options. We can special order the specific part(s) you need for no additional shipping fee. If time is of the essence we typically can overnight whatever is needed and have the repair done the next business day  (Overnight Shipping fees apply.)

We carry most parts for all Apple iPhones, iPads, and flagship Samsung phones at our store.

Yes! We offer a 6-month worry-free warranty on repairs done at our store. We stand behind our high-quality parts and will warranty issues that may arise after a repair is done.

Yes, you can! Bring them in, let us diagnose them, and we will see what kind of deal we can give you for having multiple repairs done at once. We also give discounted rates to devices that require multiple repairs. IE a screen and a battery.

Absolutely! Please shoot us a message or give us a call before sending it our way. Please provide your return address, contact info, device password if applicable for testing, and some brief notes about what is going on if it is not visually apparent.

Absolutely not. There are many other things that we can try to help you out with that may not be listed. No matter what kind of problem you are having with your phone or tablet, give us a call or come into the store to see how we can help.

We can help with this! Please refer to our water damage tab.

Do not attempt to turn the phone on or plug it in! The best thing you can do is get the cell phone into our hands so that we can unplug the battery and examine the situation. If you, like most people, are reading this after having pressed the power button many times, do not worry!

This does not mean the phone is ruined. We are experts at handling this exact scenario and have saved many phones that have gone swimming.
