Our customers deserve reliable repairs and service they can depend on. With 6-month limited warranties now available, we hope to prove our value and commitment to customers and the community we operate in.
Please take a moment to read the terms and conditions under which limited warranties are recognized: This NE iPhone Repair location offers a 6-month limited warranty on all parts and labor associated with the preceding repair. The limited warranty is made exclusively for the benefit of the original customer of the preceding repair, and as such, is non-transferable. This limited warranty covers manufacturer-related part defects on parts installed by NE iPhone Repair as well as the workmanship associated with the preceding repair only and does not cover supplemental damage. Supplemental damage can be defined as any damage unrelated to the preceding repair, including, but not limited to physical damage or liquid damage to the device.
Manufacturer-related defect symptoms may include one or more of the following:
A spontaneous or abrupt decline in overall device functionality, touchscreen sensitivity, normal battery degradation or LCD performance. Exclusions to this warranty include, but are not limited to, physical and/or liquid damage, normal battery degradation, non certified accessory usage and soldered component failure. Liquid damage and subsequent physical damage which occurs after a completed repair will void this warranty. NE iPhone Repair is not responsible for the retention of any customer data in the event of catastrophic loss not limited to service complications, fire, and/or theft.
Additionally, this warranty is automatically voided in the event of a manufacturer software enhancement that adversely affects the functionality of the phone and or the parts we have used during a repair. NE iPhone Repair Keene reserves the right at its sole discretion to resolve any and all disputes concerning this acknowledgment of limited warranty coverage. It falls under customer responsibility to save and present their receipt upon request when making a warranty claim. Limited warranty will be non-applicable if customer did not retain and is unable to present receipt upon request.
Please note that NE iPhone Repair can not be held liable for any missing, lost, damaged, or stolen items while in transit to us or while in return transit, or after delivery.
If we are able to recover any missing items, they will immediately be sent to their proper recipients, but, in the event that an item cannot be recovered, the customer must escalate the issue with the mail carrier’s claims department.
